Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee says he's entering the race for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination. Linda So reports.

Republican Mike Huckabee is throwing his hat into the ring for a second time. His first bid for the White House in 2008 was unsuccessful despite an upset win in Iowa's kickoff nominating contest. This time around, Huckabee, a former Baptist pastor is hoping to win back the support of social conservatives who backed him in 2008. SOUNDBITE: STEVE CHAGGARIS, CBS NEWS SR. POLITICAL EDITOR, SAYING: "Now he's coming out again this year with that foundation that I think he feels he can use to build upon and run again and be successful this year." But the former Arkansas governor is facing some stiff competition from other Republicans hopefuls who are campaigning against hot button social issues like abortion and gay marriage. Polls show Huckabee's support among Republican voters is only in the single digits..but the candidate says his campaign has only just begun.
