Applause erupts as migrants arrive in the Sicily. More than 350 rescued at sea -- escaping conflict and poverty, they hope for a brighter future. The were saved by the first privately-funded rescue vessel in the Mediterranean -- an operation launched by Doctors without Borders and Migrant Migrant Offshore Aid Station. They join the more than 50,000 who have entered Europe by sea this year. And they just keep coming. Women, children are the first to disembark. The infirm are also given priority. The question is where do they go from here. Local holding centers are already at full capacity. Shocked by the loss of life last month, European Union leaders agreed to triple funding to patrol the waters. That may be a first step. But there are still no answers for what to do with the people, many of whom arrive in Europe, with nothing left to lose and no clear place to go.
