Violence rips through the streets of Aden in Yemen Forces loyal to the exiled president seize control of two main districts in the war-torn city. The defeat came just hours after Saudi Arabia announced that a five-day humanitarian cease-fire will go into effect May 12. After days of intense Saudi-led airstrikes and pitched street battles a trail of destruction. President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi briefly based his government in Aden before fleeing to Saudi Arabia. The Houthis and ex-army forces loyal to former president Ali Abdullah Saleh have been attacking Aden for weeks.
