Polishing his foreign policy credentials as he prepares to launch his presidential campaign.... Republican politician Jeb Bush tours U.S. allies Germany, Poland and Estonia. During a stop in Poland, he says the U.S. has given Russia the perception that America is pulling back from central Europe, ....a perception he says needs to be changed with an increased military presence. And he also called on America's allies to do more. (SOUNDBITE)(English) EXPECTED REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE JEB BUSH, SAYING: "We ought to have a more significant presence in this region for sure. It's expanded right now because of a specific training exercise, but under normal times, as I understand it, the numbers are in the hundreds. I think we need to be more robust, we need to encourage our NATO allies in Europe to invest more in their security." Bush is expected to follow in the footsteps of his father and brother later this week, by launching a bid for the Republican nomination for U.S. President.
