Federal police in Mexico still do not know where escaped drug kingpin Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman is. But they're upping the ante. They're offering a $3.8 million dollar reward for information leading to his capture. Forces in Almoloya de Juarez have been interviewing local residents, including Esteban Estrada. (SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) ALMOLOYA DE JUAREZ RESIDENT, ESTEBAN ESTRADA, SAYING: "With what just happened I think the patrolling they do is very good, because we are very close to the high security prison." Guzman escaped Saturday through a tunnel leading into his cell. Meanwhile, relatives of prison wardens and employees are demanding answers. A group of prison workers was taken in for questioning following Guzman's escape. (SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) RELATIVE OF DETAINED PRISON GUARD, ROCIO SANCHEZ, SAYING: "What we are asking for is to be allowed to see our relatives. They are people who worked here. Some presented their statements on Saturday and others on Sunday and we have no news from them. They (authorities) have not allowed access to our closest relatives who are there waiting outside with their lawyer to find out what their situation is." The escape has undermined Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto's efforts to crack down on organized crime. And the longer Guzman remains on the run, the more damage will be done.
