Stephen Colbert looked relaxed as a camera crew from Iowa caught him walking into the Ed Sullivan Theater to tape his first show as host of CBS' "The Late Show." A casually dressed George Clooney entered the building - as did Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush - both guests appearing on the first episode of the late night show that Colbert is taking over from David Letterman. Fans are so excited - they waited in 90-plus degree heat to score tickets and witness TV history. (SOUNDBITE) (English) UNKNOWN TICKETHOLDER SAYING: "I think it's gonna be the funniest show on TV, I think it's gonna be the best late-night show ever, I think it's gonna be incredible." Colbert left his cable talk show in December and says now that this hosting job is about to start - he's committed to having as much fun with it as possible. (SOUNDBITE) (English) TALK SHOW HOST STEPHEN COLBERT SAYING: "It's a challenge to do, you know, 202 hours of a show in a year. And you have to approach it with joy, which means that you approach it with vitality and every moment's a choice and you do your best to have a good time while you're doing it." Millions are expected to tune in to the big premiere.
