ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Soldiers with sniffer dogs patrolled the Hungary-Serbia border as migrants continued to attempt the crossing into Roszke town. Heavy security presence was visible along a fence covering the entire length of Hungary's south frontier which authorities are racing to complete by Tuesday (September 15). Hungarian Prime Minister Vicktor Orban has announced that the country's border with Serbia will be closed by the time the fence is completed, in an attempt to stem the flow of migrants. The River Tisza has been lined with barbed wire to prevent people from crossing. Further along the border, near Asotthalom, a group of Afghan migrants were taken away in a police van. Migrants who make it into Hungary are residing at various camps in southern parts of the country before attempting to carry on their journeys into western Europe. Orban has said any "rebellious" migrants could face arrest if they crossed the border illegally or refuse to cooperate. More than 170,000 migrants have crossed into Hungary from non-EU Serbia so far this year.
