Fast and Furious actor Paul Walker died two years ago when a Porsche Carrera GT driven by a friend crashed into trees and a utility pole in California. Now his daughter Meadow's filed a lawsuit against the maker of the 2005 model sports car for wrongful death. She alleges the vehicle had a history of instability and control problems Porsche knew about. She also alleges the seat belt design broke his ribs and pelvis and trapped him inside the car to burn alive when it burst into flames less than two minutes after the crash. Porsche wasn't immediately available for comment but its lawyers said in April the driver Roger Rodas was responsible and denied the car had any defects. Walker's death at the age of 40 caused a temporary halt in the production of Fast and Furious 7. It was the latest movie in the series about illegal street racing that helped to popularise his career. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and California Highway Patrol's blamed unsafe speeds for the crash, according to the Los Angeles Times.
