"Await a letter in November" The message from David Cameron to his wary European counterparts. The British Prime Minister promising to send his EU wish-list in writing in two weeks time. The letter should state demands for new terms for the UK's membership of the bloc. The current lack of specific proposals already irritating some officials. At Thursday's summit, Cameron said the process was, quote, 'bloody hard work'. (SOUNDBITE) (English) BRITISH PRIME MINISTER, DAVID CAMERON, SAYING: "The pace will now quicken, and I'll be again setting out the four vital areas where we need change, laying down what those changes will be at the start of November so we quicken the pace and quicken those negotiations in the run-up to the December council." Cameron says british voters are unhappy with the country's role in the EU. But appears to be keeping his poker face until the Polish General election at the end of the month. A large portion of migrants in the UK come from Poland. And the country has shown concern over Cameron's calls on limits to free movement.
