"We all got injuries" Cooper says of chef work in "Burnt"

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Bradley Cooper and Sienna Miller portray talented chefs in "Burnt", and the actor says there were a few perils working in a functioning kitchen. Cooper plays Adam Jones, whose drug use and hot temper lead him to lose his two Michelin star restaurant in Paris. He looks for a second chance in London and, with the help of talented sous chef Helene, played by Miller, tries to land his own new kitchen and a third Michelin star. Cooper said that the cast sustained cuts and burns while working in kitchens during the making of the movie at its European premiere on Wednesday (October 28). The cast were trained in restaurants with chefs such as Italian-American chef Mario Batali and British chefs Marcus Wareing, Marco Pierre White and Gordon Ramsay. Wareing, who was at the premiere, said that he put the cast through their paces in order to make them feel like authentic chefs. Meanwhile Miller said that she and Bradley worked hard to build a convincing portrayal. portrayal to be convincing. "Burnt" opens in U.S. cinemas on Friday and in the UK on November 6.
