ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) During a joint news conference with U.S. President Barack Obama at the White House, French President Francois Hollande told the media that France would intensify its air strikes on Islamic State targets in Syria, but that it would not intervene militarily on the ground. "We will intensify the strikes, we will have some more specific targets, to make sure that Daesh's resources, their means, are cut off," he said. "France will not intervene militarily on the ground," he added. Hollande's visit comes a little over one week after attacks in Paris by Islamic State militants killed some 130 people.
