A wake up call from demonstrators calling for action on climate change. It's a warning from Oxfam -- as world leaders head into the final hours to reach as deal to curb greenhouse gases and cut global warming. Negotiators from 195 nations are still trying to find a way to seal a deal -- with questions ranging from who will pay for change and how far should it go. UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon is sounding an optimistic note (SOUNDBITE) (English) U.N. SECRETARY-GENERAL BAN KI-MOON, SAYING: "I am told, encouragingly by many people that this is doable and achievable and I have not heard from anybody who says differently and I am very much optimistic." With the deadline looming, many participants remain haunted by the failure to reach a deal in Copenhagen in 2009 -- giving some added momentum to finding common cause this time around.
