ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Berlin Fashion Week continued on Wednesday (January 20) and Thursday (January 21), with strong and confident women emerging as a major trend on the catwalk. High-end womenswear label Augustin Teboul went in a sexy and provocative direction, hitting the runway with sultry mesh-knits, little black dresses paired with fishnet stockings and playful accents ranging from glitter embroidery to hot pink socks. "It's a poetic collection with some anarchy inside," designer Odely Teboul said with a smile. However the designers (Teboul and her co-designer, Annelie Augustin) claim to also be inspired by gutsy females for their collection. According to Teboul, this emerging trend at Fashion Week is a "good sign for women". "(Women) have to find their place in the society and assume who they are, so it's good if people also do it. We will continue doing it." Berlin Fashion Week's final August/Winter 2016/2017 collections show on Friday (January 22).
