ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President Barack Obama spoke about the importance of staying united and how faith can help overcome fear during the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday (February 4) at the Washington Hilton. "God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind," said Obama. The national prayer breakfast is billed as an event where Republicans and Democrats set aside their political differences to focus on faith and religion. With Obama's second term as president coming to an end this year, he used the prayer breakfast to speak to the leaders of the future. "I pray that our leaders will always act with humility and generosity. I pray that my failings are forgiven," the president said.
