Rick Santorum says he's bowing out of the race for president, suspending his campaign after a dismal performance in Iowa on Monday night. Jillian Kitchener has more.

And then there were nine. Rick Santorum says he's ending his campaign for president, joining fellow Republican Senator Rand Paul who's also announced he's bowing out. For Santorum, it's the end of a long road. Four years ago he won Iowa, and ended up as the last man standing against eventual nominee Mitt Romney. But this time around, he came in eleventh with just one percent of the vote. With Santorum, Paul and Mike Huckabee now out of the race, the remaining Republican contenders will be fighting even harder for votes in New Hampshire next Tuesday.
