ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Fresh off his second place finish in the New Hampshire primary, Republican presidential candidate John Kasich says not to count him out. Speaking to supporters at a town hall in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Kasich credited his strong finish to his army of volunteers. The Ohio governor had long staked the viability of his campaign on the outcome in New Hampshire. He picked up less than 2 percent of the votes in the Republican Iowa caucuses, the first in the state-by-state nominating contests for the Nov. 8 presidential election. Kasich won second place in New Hampshire, followed by U.S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush and U.S. Senator Marco Rubio of Florida.
