ROUGH CUT (no reporter narration) STORY: As the South Carolina Republican primary approaches, Republican Presidential candidate Marco Rubio holds a campaign rally in Columbia, SC, alongside Governor Nikki Haley, who recently announced her endorsement for the senator from Florida. Rubio said Islamic State was spreading across the globe, and warned that the U.S. military was diminished under the Obama administration. "Radical Islamic Jihad is spreading. This morning, we wake up to the news that air strikes were conducted in Libya against ISIS, finally. But here's the point: they're spreading. They're not in Iraq and Syria alone. They're in over a dozen countries. We're starting to hear reports of ISIS in the Philippines and Indonesia. You saw what they did in Paris. You saw what they did in San Bernardino. In the face of all of these threats, what are we doing to our military? Obama's gutting our military." The Republican primary in South Carolina takes place Saturday, February 20.
