President Frank Underwood has come home to Washington, DC. ...at least in portrait form, with a painting of Kevin Spacey's character from "House of Cards" now on display at the National Portrait Gallery. As for Kevin Spacey the actor, he says he tries to keep a low profile in the nation's capital. (SOUNDBITE) (English) ACTOR KEVIN SPACEY, SAYING: "When I have a hat on I look like a banker and no one really wants to talk to bankers so I can wander anywhere." Cast members on the red carpet were tight lipped about the upcoming Season 4, but say it's a thrill to be in Washington. (SOUNDBITE) (English) ACTOR MICHAEL KELLY, SAYING: "It's madness when Doug Stamper walks around. People are like, holy (beep) it's him." (SOUNDBITE) (English) ACTOR KEVIN SPACEY, SAYING: "I did say hi to people who recognized me in Starbucks this morning." ... a testament to Spacey, the very picture of a distinctly Washington character.
