As Easter approaches, Pope Francis humbles himself before a group of refugees. The Pope used the traditional foot washing, which he opened to all faiths in 2013, to condemn the deadly Brussels attacks claimed by Islamic State. But the Pope ALSO condemned arms makers and the people who distribute the weapons, saying they, too, were PARTLY responsible for Tuesday's bombings. SOUNDBITE (Italian) POPE FRANCIS SAYING: "Three days ago there was a gesture of war, of destruction in a city of Europe from people who don't want to live in peace...Behind that gesture there were arms manufacturers, the arms traffickers who want blood, not peace, who want war, not brotherhood." Three suspected suicide bombers hit the Brussels airport and a metro train in the EU capital on Tuesday, killing at least 31 people and wounding some 270 others. Francis said the attacks were in contradiction to the idea that people of all faiths want -- and can --- live together in peace.
