ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) First Lady Michelle Obama and students planted vegetables at the White House Kitchen Garden on the South Lawn on Tuesday (April 5) as part of her American Garden Tour. Obama got on her hands and knees and dug into the dirt to show children the importance of a diverse garden. The First Lady plans to visit schools across the country too, highlighting the benefits of gardens. She and the children posed for a photo after the planting session, saying "I love veggies!" in unison.
