John Franklin McGraw made his first court appearance on Wednesday. He's facing charges of assault and disorderly conduct for punching Rakeem Jones at a Donald Trump rally. Video from the March rally showed Trump protester Jones being escorted out by deputies before officials say McGraw hit him. Trump's campaign rallies are boisterous, with the billionaire businessman often scolding protesters and ordering their removal. The judge on Wednesday also ordered both McGraw and Jones not to have any contact. McGraw and his attorney made no statement afterwards. His case has been postponed until July 13.
