To mark 400 years since the death of Shakespeare, Elsinore Castle, which was the setting for Shakespeare's 'Hamlet' is holding numerous events and with royal approval. Danish Queen Margrethe was there to put her royal stamp on the ongoing 'Hamlet' productions which have been playing at the castle for 200 years since 1816. And big names have been playing the tragic Prince of Denmark over the years with more to come. And aside from people walking around with skulls, there's also a chance for Shakespeare fans to stay in the castle, which has not been slept in for 100 years. However, there's a catch - you have to write why you want to stay and get bonus points for doing it in iambic pentameter. SOUNDBITE competition winner Melanie Rio, saying (English): "I am so glad, that I took an afternoon to write a little thing about how much I love Shakespeare, because Shakespeare has been my life and probably always will be. And this is one of the most amazing things I've ever got to do". The castle is also planning on having an interactive theatre, where guests can walk around the castle and interact with members of the Hamlet family, who will probably be holding skulls.
