ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Republican presidential candidate Governor John Kasich said those running for the nation's highest office "should win with ideas or go home" at a campaign event in Smithfield, Rhode Island. "I am going to attack your husband, I am going to attack the way you look, that is just stupid," Kasich said. "Let's win with ideas because ideas power our country." "When politicians smear one another it makes all of us cynical," Kasich said. "It is not our job in public life to demean and disgrace the business of public life because we get into personal attacks against anybody, he said. Kasich, who is trailing in delegates, said, "If it works great, and if it doesn't work I will still be Governor of Ohio for two years, and then I am going to take care of my family."
