ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President Barack Obama on Sunday (May 15) offered graduates in the Class of 2016 at Rutgers University in New Jersey a few suggestions for they can "change the world." Among the president's suggestions were having faith in democracy, basing arguments and policy on facts, and taking other people's sentimental longings for the "good old days" with a grain of salt.
