ROUGH CUT - SUBTITLED (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Red Crescent staff attend to the bodies of migrants washed up on Libya's western shore. It's believed they drowned trying to cross the Mediterranean to Europe. There are more than eighty in all. Two of them are children. The E.U. says migrant smuggling now accounts for 30 to 50 percent of the gross domestic product in this part of Libya.
