Syrian market ablaze after deadly air strikes: Amateur video

At least three people are reported dead and 30 others wounded after air strikes blamed on Syrian government forces hit a market in Idlib, setting it ablaze. Mana Rabiee reports.

An outdoor market in Idlib left in flames after Sunday's airstrikes. At least three people were killed and 30 wounded. Residents blame Syrian government forces and Russian jets, which have been supporting Syrian President Bashar al Assad in the five-year-long war with rebels and insurgents. The U.K.-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says a total of 10 strikes have struck the eastern city. It says Syrian and Russian war planes on Monday hit a market at another eastern town, Ashara, killing at least 17 people there, including 8 children Idlib has been a relative haven for thousands of displaced Syrians. But these latest strikes come just days after some of the heaviest raids on residential areas in months.
