BuzzFeed says it's dropped a 1.3 million dollar political advertising deal with the Republican National Committee because it doesn't like some of the things Donald Trump's been saying. A letter to staff on its website by the CEO of the global internet media company refers to what's described as offensive comments about women, migrants, and foreign nationals. It also refers to Trump's plan to ban Muslims travelling to the U.S as something which would make it hard for BuzzFeed staff to do their jobs. The deal was signed before Trump became the Republican party's presidential candidate. BuzzFeed says its decision won't affect its coverage of the campaign. The Republican National Committee hasn't yet commented.
