ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen said on Wednesday (June 15) that the upcoming Brexit vote played a role in the decision to keep interest rates unchanged. "It is a decision that could have consequences for economic and financial conditions in global financial markets," she said following the end of a two-day meeting of the U.S. central bank's policy-setting committee. "If it does so it could have consequences in turn for the U.S. economic outlook that would be a factor in deciding on the appropriate path of policy," Yellen added.
