ROUGH CUT - SUBTITLED (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Prime Minister David Cameron arrives to cast his ballot. Britain is voting on whether to stay in or leave the European Union. There has been heated debate between both sides. (SOUNDBITE) (English) CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, JOE DENNEHY, SAYING: "I studied languages and I've spent a lot of time living abroad in Europe and I feel like the sentiment is hugely different over there and I prefer it, I feel like people who want to take back England for what it used to be, it's not really what is really good for us." (SOUNDBITE) (English) VOTER, ALICE CARSE, SAYING: "I feel that there is a lack of democracy in the European Union and the decisions are taken at a level that is too far away from the ordinary members of the Union, so that is why I voted to leave."
