ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Boris Johnson, who is now considered the front-runner to become Britain's next prime minister after steering the Leave campaign to victory, said on Monday (June 27) that "project fear" was over after Finance Minister George Osborne has said the economy would be able to cope with the possible volatility on financial markets. Osborne said on Monday the government had put in place robust contingency plans and there was more action that it and the Bank of England could take. Johnson, speaking to reporters outside his home in Islington, north London, added that the rights of EU nationals living in the UK and Britons living abroad will be "completely protected" despite the vote to leave the bloc.
