ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton boarded Air Force One on Tuesday as she and President Barack Obama head for North Carolina where the two will make their first joint campaign appearance. Obama is set to campaign for his former secretary of state at a rally in Charlotte. The trip comes just hours after FBI Director James Comey announced his agency will recommend that "no charges" be brought in the investigation into Clinton's use of a private email server while secretary of state. Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, is also set to campaign in North Carolina on Tuesday. He criticized Clinton for her use of Air Force One saying in a tweet, "Why is President Obama allowed to use Air Force One on the campaign trail with Crooked Hillary?"
