Relief workers report a build-up of migrants at Serbia's border with Hungary. Hungary imposed stricter controls and is immediately deporting illegal immigrants. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, in Poland, says migrants pose a threat: (SOUNDBITE) (Hungarian) HUNGARIAN PRIME MINISTER, VIKTOR ORBAN, SAYING (ACCORDING TO OFFICIAL TRANSLATION): "It is clear as two and two makes four, it is plain as day. There is an obvious connection. If somebody denies this connection, then in fact, this person harms the safety of European citizens." Last month, Hungary adopted a law that allows police to send back illegal migrants detained within eight kilometers -- or just under five miles of its border with Serbia. Hungary has limited the number of daily admissions into the transit zone to a maximum of 30.
