ROUGH CUT - SUBTITLED (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: One of the few Spanish speakers addressing the Republican National Convention had a message for the Latino community on the third night of the convention in Cleveland. Ralph Alvarado, a Kentucky Republican state senator, made an address in Spanish to his Hispanic "brothers and sisters," midway through his speech. "Our families fled from countries full of corruption and lying politicians. Please, don't let that misfortune to happen in this country as well. We live on an island of liberty and opportunity, so please vote to protect that. Vote with me. Vote Republican. And vote for Donald Trump," Alvarado said. The third night of the convention is themed: "Make America First Again."
