ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION). Story: Republican Senator Jeff Flake of Arizona withheld his endorsement of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump. In an interview broadcast Sunday on CBS' Face the Nation, Flake said Trump has "needlessly" offended Hispanics, which are, in his words, "a large and growing demographic." Hispanics currently account for more than 30-percent of Arizona's population. Flake said that he still hopes to support Trump, but that it is "becoming increasingly difficult to see that he's going to make the changes that he needs" to make in order for Flake to do that. The interview comes after Trump became embroiled in a days-long feud with the family of an American soldier killed in Iraq and squabbled with the Republican leadership over his comments.
