Summer winds down in Clacton-on-Sea. Families are out in force, enjoying the annual air show and Britain's Red Arrows. Two months ago many residents of this town in eastern England, were celebrating: Seventy percent of people in the area voted to leave the EU. Now they want to see some results. (SOUNDBITE) (English) CLACTON RESIDENT, ANN BOOSEY, SAYING: "It's a referendum. We voted for it. They should take that. That's what we fought for really, a democracy, wasn't it? Independence all that, to me, that's what it's all about." But amid the final days of summer there are few signs that Britain is about to leave. But here at a Brexit themed party held by the UK Independence Party, they are still celebrating -- although some are running out of patience., (SOUNDBITE) (English) UKIP VOTER, JANICE CLATWORTHY, SAYING: "Personally I would like to see it triggered as soon as possible. We need to get moving, we need to keep the momentum going." Britain's Prime Minister Theresa May has made it clear that "Brexit mean Brexit" -- but she has said it won't happen this year. With summer ending, it's cold comfort for those who want to leave..and leave now.
