ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump says the police officer who killed Terence Crutcher in Tulsa, Oklahoma may have "choked" when she shot the unarmed black man. Trump made the comments during a visit to a church in Cleveland, Ohio. The GOP candidate said he watched the video that showed officer Betty Shelby shooting the 40-year-old after his SUV broke down. "To me it looked like he did everything you're supposed to do. And he looked like a really good man," Trump said of Crutcher. He went on to say regarding the officer, "I don't know what she was thinking... Did she get scared? Was she choking? What happened? But maybe people like that. People that choke - people that do that, maybe they can't be doing what they're doing."
