ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Republican presidential nominee, speaking to supporters in Sandown, New Hampshire, said his thoughts and prayers were with the people of the southeastern United States, where Hurricane Matthew was just hours away from hitting. "It looks like it's going to be a big one, and it's going to be a bad one, it looks like. Hopefully it takes that 'right turn', but it looks like it's going in the opposite direction -- not good," Trump said. Matthew is the strongest hurricane in the Caribbean since Felix in 2007 and was moving toward Florida as a Category 4 cyclone, the second strongest on the Saffir-Simpson hurricane wind scale.
