ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton clashed with her rival Republican Donald Trump over abortion rights in their final debate. As Clinton vowed to uphold Roe versus Wade, she said Trump advocated some sort of punishment for women who obtain abortions. In turn Trump said, "If you go with what Hillary is saying, in the ninth month you can take the baby, rip the baby out of the womb of the mother." Clinton also called on the senate to do its job and hold confirmation hearings for President Barack Obama's nominee, Merrick Garland, to serve on the Supreme Court.
