ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump told supporters in Tampa, Florida on Monday that President Barack Obama's signature Affordable Care Act was "over" after the U.S. government a double-digit increase in premiums for 2017. "It's only getting worse, and no only for you, but for the country. And our country can't afford it, you can't afford it. We're going to have great healthcare at a fraction of the cost," he added. The average premium for benchmark 2017 Obamacare insurance plans sold on Healthcare.gov rose 25 percent compared with 2016, the U.S. government said on Monday, the biggest increase since the insurance first went on sale in 2013 for the following year.
