ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on Tuesday (Oct 25) said his own employees were having a "tremendous problem" with Obamacare, one day after the U.S. government announced a 25 percent increase in 2017 health insurance premiums under the government mandated health insurance exchanges. Trump was speaking against a backdrop of his employees at a Trump golf course in Doral, Florida, where the candidate has been campaigning for crucial votes and encouraging voters to vote early. At the event, Trump had also said he believes the health insurance premium increases at the exchanges for 2017 will be as much as "sixty, seventy, eighty percent" instead of 25 percent, without giving further details. The U.S. government said on Monday the average premium for benchmark 2017 Obamacare insurance plans sold on Healthcare.gov rose 25 percent compared with 2016, in the biggest increase since the insurance first went on sale in 2013 for the following year. Premium increases have become fodder for the presidential race, as Trump calls for the repeal of the Affordable Care Act if he is elected and his Democrat rival Hillary Clinton calls for expanding it.
