The streets of Tokyo were flooded with zombies, Pikachus, and head-banging swans, in the city's biggest Halloween party in years. For the first time roads in Shibuya were blocked as thousands of costumed revelers roamed around and took pictures. Though political and serious social themes were not in vogue, a visitor from Singapore grabbed the crowd's attention with his Donald Trump impersonations. (SOUNDBITE) English DONALD TRUMP IMPERSONATOR SAYING: "I want to put Hillary in jail. You will go to jail if I become the president!" In the midst of all the cheer, crowd control was strictly enforced by scores of riot police. And some participants even volunteered to pick up trash. (SOUNDBITE)(Japanese) FIRST-TIME PARTICIPANT AND GARBAGE PICKER AT TOKYO HALLOWEEN, SAYING: "Seeing the news that tons of trash were left here yesterday, we decided to collect garbage to do something good to enjoy Halloween," The weekend festivities kicked off to a weak start because of the rain, but ended strong on Sunday with thousands taking part.
