ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Vice President Joe Biden returned to his hometown of Scranton, Pennsylvania, on Sunday (November 6) to campaign for Democrats, reminding voters about some of the statements the Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, has made about wages and taxes. "Donald Trump says American workers wages are too high," Biden said. Biden said his grandfather is "rolling in his grave when Donald Trump says I don't pay any federal income taxes, that makes me smarter than you." The latest Reuters/Ipsos poll shows Democrat Hillary Clinton with a 5 percentage point lead over Trump in the national survey - 44 percent to 39 percent support - while races in the swing states of Florida, North Carolina have shifted from Clinton's control to being too close to call. The Reuters/Ipsos States of the Nation project estimates that Clinton has a 90 percent chance of winning the election.
