NATURAL ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION). Hundreds of demonstrators took to the streets of Los Angeles, California asking U.S President-elect Donald Trump to fire Steve Bannon, the man the soon-to-be leader has appointed as his chief White House strategist and senior counsellor. Bannon is the former head of the conservative website Breitbart News, a website and voice for the alt-right movement, which is a loosely organized group that embraces far-right ideologies including white nationalism. Bannon's appointment is facing widespread opposition across the country, as speculation continues to mount over who else Trump will appoint to top positions in his upcoming administration.
