ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Prince Harry received an unusual invitation from his Caribbean hosts on Monday - an offer to spend his honeymoon in Antigua and Barbuda. Harry kicked off his seven-nation tour in Antigua and Barbuda on Sunday (November 20). The country's prime minster Gaston Browne extended the invitation at a reception hosted in the prince's honor on Monday evening (November 21). A stony-faced Harry, who is dating American actress Meghan Markle, stared down at the ground while Browne promoted his country as an ideal honeymoon destination for the 32-year old royal. "There will be no other place in the Caribbean for sure that is better to spend your upcoming honeymoon, whenever that day arrives," Browne said, eliciting a few chuckles in the room. Earlier Browne alluded to Harry's relationship with Markle saying he had heard of a "new addition to the Royal Family very soon", various media reported. Earlier this month, Harry issued a rare statement criticizing the media for intruding into the private life of his American girlfriend, saying the press had subjected her to "a wave of abuse and harassment". British newspapers have been running daily stories about Meghan Markle since it emerged at the end of October that the 35-year-old actress had been "secretly" dating the prince, 32, the grandson of Queen Elizabeth, for several months. Harry and his elder brother Prince William, the second in line to the throne, have had a strained relationship with the press ever since their mother, Princess Diana, was killed in a car crash in Paris in 1997 while being chased by paparazzi on motorbikes.
