Johnthony Walker made his first court appearance in handcuffs and shackles. The 24-year-old Chattanooga school bus driver is facing six counts of vehicular homicide after crashing his bus last week, leaving 6 young children dead and several more hospitalized. Local media report Judge Lila Statom rescheduled his preliminary hearing for mid December after his attorney asked for a delay. Walker is also facing additional charges of reckless endangerment and reckless driving. His lawyer says he will likely plead not guilty, and until his next court date, he's being held in a Hamilton County jail on a roughly $100,000 bond.
