ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION). STORY: Wisconsin's Election Commission announced on Monday (December 12) that it has completed its recount of its votes in the U.S. presidential election. Officials announced on Monday that Republican Donald Trump's margin of victory had decreased by just a handful of votes. The final tally will be released when the vote is certified. With 95 percent of Wisconsin's vote recounted Sunday, Hillary Clinton had picked up 25 votes on Trump, who won the state by more than 22 thousand votes. The recount began December 1 after Green Party candidate Jill Stein posted the necessary funds to pay for it. Stein suggested without evidence that voting machines in the three states could have been hacked. But officials announced on Monday that no widespread or significant problems with voting have been discovered during the recount.
