ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Fewer than 3,000 customers remained without electricity in San Francisco on Friday after a fire in a utility substation earlier in the day knocked out power for much of the city, according to gas and electric company PG&E. San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee said all power will be restored in the city and businesses and schools will soon be back to normal. The fire, which left some 90,000 customers without power for hours earlier on Friday, was caused by a failed circuit breaker, according to PG&E Vice President of Electric Distribution Barry Anderson.
