ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Video showing actor Shia LaBeouf being arrested in Georgia on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication early on Saturday (July 8) was released by the Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police (SCMPD) on Tuesday (July 11). The police said at the time that the actor was taken into custody after he became unruly in downtown Savannah. LaBeouf, best known for his role as Sam Witwicky in the "Transformers" action movie franchise, was in the bustling City Market neighborhood before dawn when he approached a bystander and a police officer and asked for a cigarette, Savannah police said in a statement. In a series of bodycam footage from different officers, LaBeouf is seen demanding to know the reason for his arrest and then cursing at officers while he is in the police station to be processed.
