ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. A time lapse video of commuters offered a bird's eye view of a Tokyo railway station during the rush hour on a regular Thursday (July 27) morning. The video showed thousands of travellers moving back and forth through Shinagawa station in Tokyo The nearly one-minute video was filmed between 8:26 (2326 GMT on July 26) and 8:56 (2356 GMT on July 26) , Shoji Kon who captured the busy moment told Reuters. Operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East), Shinagawa Station is a major railway station in Japan's capital.
