Unrest flares in U.S. cities despite arrest of Minneapolis policeman

A former Minneapolis police officer who pinned George Floyd, an unarmed black man, with a knee to the throat before he died has been arrested and charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter, a prosecutor said. Floyd's death sparked four nights of violent protests across the country.
